This succulent steak is a fillet and sirloin all in one. It
is made tastier for having the bone in. There are two sides to each T-bone each
containing a very different steak. The larger and meatier steak is the sirloin
whereas the smaller steak is the fillet. Each of these steaks is themselves
prized in their own right for being quality dinner plate steaks.
